David Farrell and Timothy Gamble join MBA Gold Corp. Board of Directors

 MBA Gold Corp. (TSX Venture: MBA-V) is pleased to announce the election of David Farrell and Tim Gamble to MBA's Board of Directors at the July 15, 2004 Annual General Meeting. Messrs Farrell and Gamble join Cameron White, Stephen Cheikes and George Young on the Board. Mr. Farrell is a Vice President of Endeavour Financial, a private investment banking firm providing advisory services to small and mid-tier global mining companies. Tim Gamble is a founding partner and CEO of Thunderbird Films Inc. Thunderbird is a financier, foreign sales agent and producer of both television and film product based in Vancouver, BC.

At Endeavour Financial, David Farrell is responsible for originating and implementing M&A and merchant banking transactions. His experience at Endeavour includes two years in its London office, structuring and closing multi-jurisdictional transactions in London's mining finance market. Prior to joining Endeavour in 2000, David was a corporate solicitor with Stikeman Elliott specializing in project finance, securities and corporate law and is admitted to the bar in both England and British Columbia. Mr. Farrell is also a director of Radius Gold Inc., which was recently created through the amalgamation of Radius Explorations Ltd. and PilaGold Inc.

Tim Gamble is a successful entrepreneur who presently overseas business operations at Thunderbird Films, with a particular focus on corporate finance, and strategic alliances, as well as Executive Production services of feature films and television series. Tim is the founder and former President of Peace Arch Entertainment Group Inc., which is listed on the TSX and AMEX stock exchanges. With offices in Toronto, Vancouver and London, Peace Arch is one of Canada's foremost producers and distributors of film and television programming for worldwide markets. Mr. Gamble resigned from his positions with Peach Arch Entertainment Group Inc. after 20 years with the Company on November 30, 2001. and currently sits on the Board of Canada's National Screen Institute.

MBA Gold Corp. is a natural resource company whose strategy is to acquire a portfolio of resource properties that have indicated mineral resources and require further exploration or development work. MBA Gold will add value to these projects by providing capital, exploration expertise and where justified, development and production planning.
