(TSX-V: TBD) (the "Company") announces that it has made application to the TSX Venture Exchange to amend the terms of the currently issued warrants to purchase 1,749,916 shares of the company at a price of $0.50 per share, by extending the exercise expiry date from March 17, 2008 to March 17, 2009.
