MBA Commences Work Over Program

MBA Resources Corp. announced today that the contracted service rig has arrived at the Company's Gordon Creek Utah natural gas field and commenced Phase I work over operations. Operations are planned to continue over the next few weeks and will likely expand on the 2 well program announced April 11th.

"Over the last 6 weeks our operations manager, Steven Prince, has had an opportunity to study each existing well on the property and observe the production characteristics of each of the current producers," stated Cameron White, President of MBA Resources. "As a result, we are more confident than ever that the current work over Phase will result in sharp increases in production".

Following a review of the current work over program by MBA and its partner Fellows Energy, Ltd., a second work over phase will be planned. Drilling of additional wells on the property will be planned for later this year and will be funded, at least in part, by cash flow from existing production.

MBA Resources is a Canadian based natural resource company that owns a 50% interest in a producing natural gas field State of Utah, USA. MBA's other holdings include an oil and gas exploration project adjacent to the Stoney Creek field in New Brunswick, Canada and a gold exploration project adjacent to the Sleeper Mine in Humboldt County, Nevada.
